Ways to Donate

Your tax-deductible contribution to our Foundation directly funds the resources and programs that continue to raise the Library's level of excellence and service as well as the quality of life for everyone in the community. With the support of public funding, we built our beautiful new Library which opened in 2007.  When we approach large foundations for grants, your support enables us to raise matching funds and to demonstrate strong community support.

Financial contributions may be dedicated to a specific program(s) of the donor's choosing or towards general support of the Library.

Cash Gifts: Every contribution makes a big difference, no matter what the amount. Click here to donate by credit card with Paypal.

Checks may be mailed to the address below.

Pledges: We welcome a pledge of any amount and with the schedule of your choice. Ask your employer if your company will match your donation.

Memorials: Make a Memorial contribution on behalf of someone special in your life. Celebrate a special event in the life of a family member or friend (graduation, wedding, anniversary, special accomplishment, retirement, etc.) by donating a cash gift or book in their honor. An inscription of your choice will be placed in the item(s) purchased. Donations may cover the cost of a single volume, set, or collection. The donor may also specify subject areas or a particular medium for purchase: books, movies/DVD's, compact discs, or children's books.

Named Giving Opportunities: Give a gift of $250 of more and a custom plaque can be inscribed with the name of a friend, loved one, family, or business. The plaque will be permanently attached to the item of the donor's choice.

In-Kind Services: Donate your materials, professional services, or your volunteer time.

Securities/ Charitable Remainder Trusts: Make a gift of securities to the Foundation and avoid capital gains taxes. Or, establish a trust that will hold your assets and pay income to you during your lifetime while giving the Foundation the principal.

Beneficiary: Insurance, Estate, Trusts: Designate the Estacada Public Library Foundation as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy. You may also provide for us in your will or living trust.

Gifts of furniture, paintings, statuary or real property: may be made to the library after consultation with the Library Director and Board.
